✈️ Shipping & Delivery

  • Japan: ¥200
  • Asia: ¥500
  • Other countries: ¥900

All items are shipped via Japan Post (airmail).
International delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.

Tracking:
Standard shipping does not include tracking.
If you’d like tracking, please select the Tracked Shipping option (+¥300) at checkout.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs inspections or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

💫 Returns & Refunds

Each key holder is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so colors, textures, and feel may vary slightly from photos.

If something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [yamadakiana2@gmail.com].

  • Damaged or broken items:
    You’ll receive a full refund including shipping, or a replacement if you prefer.
  • Not what you expected:
    If your item doesn’t meet your expectations (color, feel, or design), I can offer a refund minus original shipping, or store credit for a future purchase.

To ensure a smooth return, please package the item carefully.

Payments are processed securely through the checkout system on this website.

Prices are originally set in Japanese Yen (¥), but may be displayed in your local currency (such as USD or EUR) for convenience.
The final payment amount is automatically converted based on current exchange rates at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on your region.

All prices include tax unless otherwise noted.
